Slane Irish Whiskey

Slane Irish Whiskey was created to capture the heritage, landscape, and enduring legacy of Slane Castle, one of Ireland’s most iconic estates. Developed in partnership with Brown-Forman, the whiskey draws inspiration from the historic grounds of the Conyngham family estate in County Meath and the surrounding Boyne Valley, blending centuries of Irish tradition with a modern vision for the future of Irish whiskey.

Chad Michael Studio developed the branding, package design, and custom bottle design for the launch of the new whiskey brand. Inspired by the architecture, history, and provenance of Slane Castle, the identity system combines contemporary refinement with timeless Irish character, creating a distinctive visual presence that reflects both the spirit and its place of origin.

The result is a premium Irish whiskey brand rooted in authenticity and craftsmanship. From the bespoke bottle to the broader brand world, every element was designed to celebrate the whiskey’s connection to Slane Castle, the Boyne Valley, and the rich heritage that continues to define one of Ireland’s most recognizable whiskey destinations.
